Any web site designer for small business will say that design is one of the big parts of a web site. And I would agree.

Actually, you agree with this also. If a site that’s being built for your business doesn’t look good to you, you’ll tell your designer to go away and start again. You wouldn’t sign off on a poorly designed site for your own business, and you appreciate that your customer won’t either.

This is really bad experience, for although it seems to be routine task, you have to repeat the monotonous and tedious works every day, every hour, even less. It’s indeed inconvenient, sometimes there are so many files you have changed in this case that you will make mistakes and forget to copy all changed files. The common but important task really makes you annoyed so that you have to find a way to get rid of it.

Actually, you have heard the word File Synchronization and known little about it. What’s File Synchronization or File Sync? It also called File Mirroring, or File Replication. File synchronization automatically synchronizes files between two folders which may be separated in two drivers or even if in two computers, simply, i.e. copies files from one driver or computer to another.

You may use file sync to synchronize documentation between a local hard driver and a removable driver, or between a local hard driver and remote network driver. Uniquely, you also utilize file synchronization to remove unwanted files from the destination folder according to a specified folder.

Generally, you are using different folders, drivers, and even different computers, such as a laptop and a desktop, to store and retrieve files. Normally, you manually manage files, dragging and dropping or copying and pasting from one place to another. Now, you may use file synchronization for keeping the up-to-date versions of the files the same on all your machines.

However, whatever your want to do with file synchronization, one thing is certain: you will get rid of your trouble by copying and pasting the important files again and again.
