3 Effective Tactics Every Business Should Implement

   Do you remember your first day as a business owner? You were probably just like the rest of us… pretty darned happy and bit on the proud side. Yeah, back then we thought we could conquer the world. Now we’re too busy conquering our own little corner of the world to pay a lot of attention to the rest of the world… unless it’s to learn a few tips from successful marketers just like us who have made it big. Tips just like these… that will apply to every market - regardless of the product or service - and are great motivators to try something new. Yeah, you never know when the next idea will be worth a million pounds!

1. Create a Special Offer

A special offer is exactly that… an offer that is special. Normally, customers would not be able to purchase this product or combination of products, and once the products are gone… sorry!

You don’t have to go out and order a bunch of new products to put together a special offer. It doesn’t take a whole lot… just use what you’ve got. Grab a few items that are related, group them together, discount the price, and your customers will be excited to be getting a good deal. Think about it from your standpoint… you’ve sold three or four items rather than one. Yeah, combination offers are winning deals for everyone!

2. Address the Small Customer Groups

Niche markets are everywhere, right under your nose! Within the customer audience that you serve right now are groups of people who share common traits. Think about it… maybe you have a group who speaks Spanish, a group of teens, and a group of middle class family men and women.

Evaluate these classes of people, and discover the unique needs and desires they share. That will set you up to customize your advertising campaign directly to them. It’s not hard to take your current ads, and make a few changes to adjust to the niches. They’ll be impressed that you understand THEM, and the increase in your profits will be the best thanks you can get.

3. Set up a Winning Referral Program

Successful marketers develop the ability to turn their customers into advocates. Often, they don’t even have to directly ask customers to refer them to others. Their willingness to go the extra wins customer loyalty and support. Naturally, satisfied customers refer their friends and family to the place that will take good care of them.

Quality service and is the first step toward referrals, but you can easily take it one step further. Studies show that every satisfied customer tells three people about you. What would happen with a little incentive added to the picture? Yes, a lot more. Give customers who refer friends a thank you - whether it’s a discount, special gift item, or a simple thank you card - and watch the referrals spiral!

You can get two birds with one stone by implementing customer surveys. A few quick questions about what the customer does and doesn’t like about your product, followed by a request for the names and addresses of friends and family who would benefit from the product, and you’re all set to go with the contact information of a prospective customer.

Know the Best Way to Cure Bad Breath Problem By: Dr John Anne

:arrow:Bad breath – medically known as halitosis – is an extremely embarrassing problem that is actually present in most people over the world today. A person suffering from bad breath can often become a subject of ridicule. Hence it is very important to get rid of this problem. There are several products in the market ranging from toothpastes to mouth fresheners, but they can only provide temporary relief to the problem. Ayurveda has the potential to solve the problem from its roots.

The mouth is the place of the kapha dosha. Hence an imbalance in the kapha dosha of the person manifests itself in the form of bad breath. In order to treat the problem of bad odor forever, a person will need to keep his/her kapha in the proper balance. In most instances, oral hygiene is spoken along with dental hygiene. Hence most treatments that are beneficial for the teeth are also beneficial for keeping mouth odors at bay.

In an indirect way, even the pitta dosha is responsible. When the agni (digestive fire) of the pitta dosha is vitiated, then the person would have an improper digestion. This would lead to bad breath emanating from the mouth.

When a person has bad breath, what is actually happening is that bacteria are living in the mouth, which are decomposing the residues of the food and releasing sulfur. The bad breath is a result of this liberation of sulfur. The regions in which the bacteria live could be in the interspaces between the teeth, in the cavities of the teeth or on the tongue. In extreme cases, there could be pus formation in the gums (scurvy like conditions due to deficiency of vitamin C). This could cause severe offensive odor and the person could well become a social outcast.

Let us check out the various methods available in Ayurveda to treat the problem of bad odor.

(1) Useful Herbs in the Treatment of Bad Breath

® Babul (Acacia arabica)

The babul is actually useful for the treatment of teeth cavities. Strong teeth means less cavities; and this will mean no bad breath. Simply chewing on the fresh bark of the babul tree will make the teeth stronger and arrest any bad breath that is emanating from them.

® Banyan (Ficus bengalensis)

If the aerial roots of the banyan are used to rub on the teeth (much as a toothbrush does), then the bacteria on the teeth would be killed. This would reduce the bad breath to a great extent.

® Clove (Syzygium aromaticum)

Again, clove is actually used for dental treatment. Clove is perhaps the most commonly used herb in dental treatments; it is one of the chief ingredients of many toothpastes. But due to its pungent taste, it can also cure the kapha vitiation which will eventually fight the bad breath.

® Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum)

Chewing a few leaves of the holy basil will treat all kinds of mouth infections. Thus bad breath will become a thing of the past.

® Pepper (Piper nigrum)

Pepper is considered to be a very excellent agent in treating foul breath. A poultice of pepper is made with rock salt and rubbed on the teeth. When this is done on a daily basis, almost all kinds of oral and dental problems will be brought under control.

® Sandalwood (Santalum album)

Sandalwood is a very effective herb in the vitiation of the pitta dosha that can bring about improvement of the gum health.

(2) Dietary Treatments for Bad Breath

® The first important thing with halitosis is to check is whether the digestion is going on properly or not. Reduce the consumption of all foods that are difficult to digest. Include more fruits and green leafy vegetables in the diet as they can aid digestion.

® Flavor your food with spices such as cardamom and clove. These will help to combat the bacteria developed in the oral cavity.

® Drink lots of water and citrus fruit juices during the day.

® Gargle your mouth after everything you eat. Vigorous gargling is required to remove the food particles accumulated in the interspaces of the teeth or their cavities. If gargling is not enough, brush and floss.

® Do not leave residues of chocolates and sugary foods in the mouth. Wash the mouth immediately after eating such things.

(3) Ayurvedic Treatments for Bad Breath

Tablets of Khadiradi, Eladi and Lavangadi can be chewed about three to four times a day. This refreshes the mouth repeatedly and also has an astringent effect on the bacteria in the mouth.

(4) Home Medications

® The teeth and gums must be massaged with a mixture of honey and fine charcoal powder once a day.

® Keep the peel of a single pomegranate in the shade and let it dry completely. Do not keep it in direct sunlight or it will dry out the vitamins. Grind the dried peel to a fine powder. Put three grams of the powder in a glass of water and boil it. Gargle with this water. Repeat this for about a month.

® Dried coriander when chewed reduces the foul odor from the mouth. This is a good method to reduce the bad breath due to garlic and onion.

Some Simple Bad Breath Remedies: by Jeff Clare

   If you’re looking for a remedy for bad breath, you’re not alone. More people suffer from bad breath, or halitosis, than you may think. The first thing yopu should do is clean and floss your teeth at least twice per day. You should also use a non acidic mouthwash regularly.

There are a number of other things that you can do in order to make sure that your breath stays fresh all day; and some of these ‘tricks’ are simpler than you think. Here are some ideas for creative and all-natural bad breath remedies that have been known to work for many people.

Eating foods that are high in fat and low in fiber could be the cause of your bad breath problem. When the Atkins Diet was at it’s most popular the number 1 side effect was that followers suffered from bad breath. If your diet consists mainly of meats, fats and sodium (salt)-filled seasonings, increasing the fiber in your diet will help you to eliminate toxins from the body quicker, which means the bacteria in the mouth will be reduced-which means fresher breath all day long. Eating a balanced diet with fibre and carbohydrates as meat and fats (fat free can be bad for your health) is probably the easiest way of reducing or eliminating a bad breath problem.

You should also try a few natural remedies for bad breath. Often, intestinal problems can be the cause of bacteria buildup in the mouth. If however you are constantly ridding the body of impurities, you will be able to maintain fresh breath all day without using gums or mints in excess.

Squeezing a lemon wedge into some distilled water and sipping on it throughout the day will help to cleanse the colon, and will give you fresher breath (though don’t have too much lemon as it will make the water acidic which can damage your teeth). Chewing parsley after a meal is also a good idea if you are trying to keep fresh breath throughout the day; the chlorophyll and fiber in parsley help to remove bacteria from the mouth and give your mouth a minty fresh feel.

In addition to these things, you can also be sure to have few sugar free mints or sticks of gum with you throughout the day in order to have a definite fresh scent in your mouth. You can find mints that have natural peppermints or lavender oils in them, so the scent will last longer, and you should stay away from mints or gums with an extremely high sugar content as once the sugar is dissolved in the mouth, it becomes food for all those pesky bacteria which are a major cause of bad breath in the first place. To much sugar can also it can give off a sour smell.

As I said at the beginning of this article brushing your teeth after every meal is also a great way to make sure that your mouth is pleasantly scented after you’ve eaten, paricularly if you’ve eaten something with a strong scent. Drinking more water intake is also a very good way to remedy bad breath

What Do Men Wear Under The Kilt?: by Idalia Luczak

   ‘An Irishman goes to the local pub to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, like he does every day, and gets wasted out of his mind. He stumbles outside when the bartender tells him that he is had enough, but he can barely walk. So he leans up against a tree, where he passes out. A few minutes later, a couple of fine lassies go walking by. One says to the other one, “Do you think they wear anything under those kilts?” She admits that she does not know. So they go to check it out. She lifts up the kilt and sees him in all his glory. As they replace the kilt and get ready to walk away, an idea enters one of their heads. “Give me your blue hair ribbon,” she says. Reluctantly, she hands it over. She goes back over to the Irishman, lifts up the kilt, and ties the ribbon to him. They walk away laughing.

A few hours later, the drunk gets up to take a piss. He stands up, walks over to the bushes, hikes up his kilt, looks down and sees the blue ribbon. He thinks for a minute and says, “To be perfectly honest, I do not know how you got away, and I do not know what you did, and I do not know who you did it to, but I am sure glad to see that you got first prize!”.’

The vast majority of Scotsmen still choose to wear nothing beneath their kilts, according to a survey out today. The survey of men north of the border revealed that 69 per cent of kilt-wearers prefer to “go commando”.

Of the remainder, 14 per cent said they wore boxers and 10 per cent chose briefs - with 7 per cent admitting to falling into the rather ambiguous “other” category. One man admitted wearing a thong with a Batman motif. Researchers found that a large number of Scotsmen often made up their minds on the basis of how formal the occasion was. Many preferred to wear underwear for occasions such as weddings, while on less formal outings such as rugby matches they went without.

What about you? Do you where anything under your kilt? That is just your top secret but what to do with all those who want to get that information from you?

What do you usually answer to a curious ones when asked the most popular and ‘favourite’ question: What do you wear under your kilt? If you often have nothing to say or just to shy to replay maybe it is time to stand in front of the mirror and try some of those propositions of an intelligent responses:

How badly do you want to know?
How warm are your hands?
Me mother once told me a real lady would not ask. She was right, God bless ‘er. My Scottish pride.
On a good day, lipstick.
Play your cards right and you can find out.
Tell me madam , would you go jogging without a bra? If so, where do you jog and when?
Sorry, I am a bit shy and not much good with words. Give me your hand…
Talcum powder.
So which one do you like the most? Remember to answer with full confidence and right dose of humor!

Your Breasts Reveal Your Personality: By Janet Martin

    Since time immemorial, men have always been fascinated with large breasts and the women who are too eager to please them will stop at nothing to get them. This fascination or even obsession with large breasts has led many women to do outrageous things.

For instance, during World War II, Japanese prostitutes injected their breasts with salt water, goat’s milk or paraffin wax to make their bosoms bigger and attract more American soldiers. Unfortunately, this led to many infections.

In 18th century Spain, it was believed that you could decipher a woman’s personality simply by looking at her breasts. This is called the “science” of sternomancy and it wouldn’t surprise me if the fortunetellers who specialized in this art were men! What are some of the more interesting findings of sternomancy? Take a look:

If your breasts are curved like a spring-board (though I can’t imagine how that looks!), you have a keen brain. (Really? Why then would one consult a fortuneteller in the first place?!) Women with these breasts are said to be industrious but they rarely attain high positions in business. However, they make good wives and they easily adapt to their partners. They are faithful and inventive in bed.

Women with round breasts are supposedly frigid and find it difficult to have an orgasm. But these ladies are ready to try anything in bed. They don’t like changing sex partners and they make good housewives. They are said to be more clever than their husbands.

Women with pear-shaped bosoms are independent, willful and silly at times. But they can lead men by the nose. They are also good at sex.

Triangular breasts belong to excitable, liberated women who may have several sex partners a day. Nothing is forbidden to them. These women often become great actresses or hookers!

If your breasts resemble an eggplant, you are said to be full of love and you enjoy life. These women dominate their men.

Erect nipples are supposedly found in generous and dominating women. They love oral sex and like to be on top of men.

Small, retracted nipples signify a calculating mind and a person who hides her real intentions. These women believe there is nothing fancy about sex but are ready to fulfill their partner’s sex fantasies!

Finally, if you have silicone implants, you enjoy romantic traveling but will never have a family. These women supposedly have high IQs but also have serious psychological problems!

If breast size is important to you and you want to improve your looks, why not try the Clevastin natural breast enhancement system? This herbal formula is a safe alternative to invasive and expensive breast augmentation and will help enhance your looks and your confidence. Check out http://www.clevastin.com for details.

This means you can have your own hair cut very short but by adding some hair extensions it will look as though you have very long hair.

Hair Extensions Let You Have The Best Of Both Worlds

If you are anything like me and do not like spending all of your time doing your hair then hair extensions are a must for your wardrobe. Hair extensions allow you to have a variety of different hair style choices at your finger tips. This enables you to have your own hair cut in a short manageable style which will take less of your time and at the same time if you fancy a change or decide you want long hair then the hair extensions can be added to your hair in a matter of minutes. This convenience is great as some people embark on lots of different sports and hobbies these days where long hair would become a hindrance but hair extensions would not be a problem.

Do not be too worried by the cost of hair extensions as these days they have come down in price compared to what they used to be. It will pay for you to do a bit of research before you decide on the hair extensions best for you as they do vary in price and quality from store to store. There are also two types of hair extensions available today that you can buy and if you had the time and wanted to save more money you could even decide to make the hair extensions yourself.

The first type of hair extensions are those that are woven into your hair by your hairdresser. This is a very time consuming process and can take several hours. These hair extensions are the most expensive and will last in the region of about three months before they will need to be removed.

The second type of hair extensions are those that you can purchase almost anywhere and come with a clip attached. These can be purchased in lots of different colors and in varying lengths. These hair extensions are far less expensive and far more convenient as you can add and remove them when you prefer. These hair extensions can also be purchased in different thicknesses so you can really have fun experimenting with lots of different hair styles.

   Day out to Satosa Island, via Singapore Vivo city and the harbour front.

As i live in Malaysia getting their was via the causeway by bus, and onto to vivo city was a breaze via the LRT(light rapid transport) from Kranji. I made two changes one at jurang east and the oth at outham station to the harbour front.

Once their follow signs for vivo city, (worth a good look round here the shops are plentyful and no shortage of resturants or fast food outlets).

You can get over to the Island by Monorail $3 for day pass and includes entrance fee, or the overhead cable car which i choose,(but be warned its not cheap, cable car one way is  $19.50 plus $2 entrance)  so I could take lots of pictures.

geting upto the cable car is via office tower block two in the harbour front developement right next to the vivo city complex, once up there the cars are continuous running but slow enough to step onto. Once in side was disapointed that not many place to stick camera out of to take pictures with getting flashbacks from the glass. So i stuck my lence through the window vents and got some great shots of the area the Singapore syeline and the harbour is fantastic.

Once the cable car arrives you are moved via a shop outlet full of suvineers, then onto the boulavard with skytower revoving car goes up about 150 foot up into the air. It cost $20 each (this is something you need to be aware of. they charge for the rides etc) had a walk down the tree lined boulivard with snake charmers etc:

The dolphins are pink and good at jumping and sumersalts but cost $25 however the show was half hour and i thought it was well done.

ok well its well worth a visit and lots of building works going on so the island will only get better as time goes bye.

Hair Loss Treatments For Men: By Judy Wellsworth

   Hair loss is a very common problem for both men and women. It can lead to anxiety, hurt a person’s self confidence, and it can lead to mental and emotion problems. This information has lead many manufacturers to market various hair loss treatments. While some of them work well others are simply a waste of money.

For men, there are several very effective hair loss treatments to choose from including natural essential oils, natural herbs, medications, shampoos, serums, lotions, and conditioners. Finasteride, Minoxidil, and Rogaine are among the most popular hair loss treatments for men. Finasteride is often sold under the name of Propecia. Rogaine has to be used twice each day for a period of three to four months before you will see results.

Minoxidil is a very effective hair loss treatment for younger males to try. It does come with some irritating side effects though including a dry, itchy scalp. It can also affect a person’s libido if it is used for long periods of time. To avoid such common side effects, many men choose to try natural hair loss remedies including Dr. Proctor, Thymuskin, Viviscal, Hair Genesis, Revivogen, Tricomin, and Nisim.

Dr. Proctor’s Hair Regrowth shampoo is a very popular natural hair loss product because it doesn’t contain any dangerous chemicals. Thymuskin is more effective for women than men by about 20%. It works by removing debris, dirt, and oil from the hair follicles. The main ingredient is Thymus Peptides that offer a deep cleansing. Viviscal shampoo helps to maintain healthy hair. It is available as a lotion, shampoo, or an oral pill. Hair Genesis products are also available as conditioners, topical serums, oral supplements, and hair regrowth shampoo. This products works by stopping the DHT blockers.

You can also find more information at top permanent hair and hair treatment center. MedicalHairTransplantation.org is a comprehensive resource to help individuals with hair loss identify treatment options such as hair transplant.
